Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Miami Beach

My stay at the hotel was quite eventful with some highs and some lows. The setting was beautiful, and the amenities were well-maintained, but I experienced several issues during my visit. The rooms were comfortable but could use some repairs, and the service left something to be desired at times. Overall, it’s a lovely place, but there’s room for improvement, especially considering the price.

I had a pleasant stay at the Carillon, enjoying the spacious suite and decent spa facilities. The beach service was fantastic, but I was a bit let down by the overall spa experience, which didn't quite match my high expectations based on other resorts. The dining was fine but nothing to rave about, and it was odd to see so many kids around when I was hoping for a more serene atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but I'm still on the lookout for that perfect east coast spa.

I had an amazing experience at the beach resort, where the service truly stood out thanks to Gambo, Ricard, and Jordan. They provided top-notch care for my friends and me. The only downside was that I wish the dining options had more variety during our stay. Overall, the atmosphere was incredible, and I plan to return soon for more fun in the sun!

It's frustrating to see how this hotel has changed over the years. While the property has potential, it's now often crowded with locals, making it feel less exclusive. The service from the staff is still commendable, but the food and overall ambiance have significantly declined. On the plus side, if you manage your expectations, you might enjoy your stay, especially given the clean rooms and attentive service.
